Collective Haven

Collective Haven is a welcoming space where individuals gather to cultivate somatic skills that help navigate life’s challenges, both personal and collective. While we acknowledge the weight of crises and transitions, we also embrace the sacred peace, that comes with being fully present in ourselves and supported in community.

Collective - relating to individuals - being a group, a whole, collective consciousness.

Haven - a place of safety, refuge, sanctuary.

Collective Haven is designed for accessibility, our practices require no prior somatic experience and are open to all bodies. No equipment required. You can join, seated in a chair, on the floor, in a bed, in a wheelchair, all are welcome. Learning to steady ourselves in a world that moves fast and often feels unrelenting.

This is not about escape; it is about returning to the body, to community, to the quiet knowing that we belong. We practice—not to perfect, but to FEEL. Not to perform, but to REMEMBER. Not to fix, but to TEND.

These practices are simple, accessible, open to all. Movement is welcomed but never required— this space is shaped to hold you as you are.

I believe that embodiment is inherently political, that tending to ourselves is an act of courage, and that learning to feel—to truly feel— is part of belonging to ourself and to our collective haven. We all ultimately are searching to belong. I hope to create a Collective space for belonging with Collective Haven.

How It Works

After a great deal of reflection, I have decided to shift Collective Haven into a donation-based community space. My intention is to ensure that everyone who needs connection, grounding, and support can access it—regardless of their financial situation. Every contribution helps sustain the space, the offerings, and the energy it takes to hold this community with care.

You can access Collective Haven through the link below — this is your doorway into our weekly gathering.

Each week, you’ll also receive an email with the link as a reminder, so you never have to search for it.

If you’d like to support the space, you can make a donation before or after you come. The donation options are listed below, and every contribution helps keep this community open to everyone.

This includes the Zoom link for our Wednesday meet-up, held from 4–5 PM (MT)

You'll receive:

  • An email the day before with the link and a reminder.

  • A follow-up email one hour before we meet, with the link and a final nudge.
